Deceleration

Damper is excellent for deceleration work, such as adding resistance to low-level deceleration steps or plyometrics. I attach the cable with a belt squat belt or a squat harness so my arms stay free to swing during locomotion and deceleration. A regular handle works, but you lose the arm swing.
